Thrilling Rock Sea Adventure: Chasing Elusive Inshore Treasures

It was a beautiful day on the water as I took Soundarya out for a Rock Sea adventure with Ray Charters. March is a great time to be on the water here in Florida, with comfortable weather and the fish really starting to fire up. We met up at Butler Beach and got set up, ready to make the most of the clear conditions.

Since Soundarya was open to trying a variety of techniques, we decided to mix it up and cover some different water. We started trolling some deeper areas, then switched over to jigging and casting in the shallows. Even though we didn't manage to land any big catches, it was still a really enjoyable day on the water. The fish must have been a bit finicky, but we made the most of it, trying different lures and presentations to locate them.

At the end of the day, while we may not have filled the cooler, I think Soundarya still had a great time out on the water with me. Sometimes it's not just about the number of fish—it's about the experience, the adventure, and the chance to get out and enjoy a beautiful day on the water.
