Today's Inshore Fishing Adventure in Gulf Shores with Ray Charters was a blast! February is a fantastic time to target prized species like Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Spanish Mackerel in the calm, clear waters of Butler Beach. The weather was perfect—clear skies, no wind, and just the right temperature to spend the day on the water. I met up with our guest, Shrunga, at Butler Beach and we got all set up and ready to go.

We started the day targeting some of the area's top inshore game fish. The bite was on from the moment we started fishing, and it wasn't long before Shrunga was hooked up with an impressive Atlantic Sailfish. That fish put up an amazing fight, cartwheeling across the surface and making some blistering runs. Shrunga kept his cool and landed that Sailfish like a pro. We continued working the shoreline, mixing in some live bait with our lures, and managed to hook into a few more quality fish, including some nice Speckled Trout.

The whole trip had such a great, easygoing vibe. Shrunga was a pleasure to fish with, and we had plenty of laughs and shared stories throughout the day. Between the steady action, gorgeous scenery, and great company, it was just one of those quintessential Gulf Shores fishing experiences. I always love taking anglers out to experience the incredible inshore fishing we have here.
