Heading out for a day of fishing on the Kaveri River Basin was an exciting prospect, and I was eager to show our guest, shrunga h, some of the best spots in the area. As we arrived at the meeting spot early in the morning, the conditions looked perfect - clear skies and calm waters, ideal for targeting Brook trout and Bull trout, two of the most sought-after species in this region. We wasted no time getting our lines in the water, utilizing a variety of fishing techniques to cover different depths and structures.

The action was steady throughout the day, with shrunga h demonstrating great skill in working the rods and reeling in some beautiful specimens. The Brook trout and Bull trout put up a fantastic fight, showcasing their power and agility as they pulled against the line.
